• Use of Bobcat and grading equipment for precision leveling

• Adjusting slope and grade to ensure proper drainage

• Soil compaction and stabilization for building readiness

• Spreading and fine-tuning topsoil or gravel if required

• Final inspection and verification of level grade for City/County requirements or project specs
